We’ve seen our fair share of embarrassing body art in our time - growing up in the 90s will do that to you - but it’s rare that a tattoo winds up on the Ball Report. Not impossible, though, as this piece of ink that recently went viral on Twitter shows.

So what do you think this is supposed to be? Let’s go to the source, French artists Petra Mrzyk and Jean-François Moriceau. The duo are famous for their whimsical line art, and this symbol first appeared in the 2016 video for “Subways” by the Avalanches. In context, it’s even clearer that it’s supposed to be a scrotum gripped by a loving hand.
