Over the weekend, why not take a little time and make some DIY stress balls to give yourself a way to handle the tension. This cool home science experiment uses baking soda and hair conditioner to create a soft, smooth paste that you pipe into balloons and squeeze. There’s also a variation where you use a mesh potato bag to add some texture to your squeezer.
