Art – it’s a funny thing. Just when you think every idea under the sun has been exploited, along comes somebody who brings some real balls to the table. Meet Tim Patch, the artist known as “Pricasso.”
Patch’s subject matter is nothing unusual in today’s media-obsessed world – he paints lurid, colorful images of celebrities like Miley Cyrus on large canvases. Technically, they’re not anything truly special. But it’s how Pricasso gets that paint laid down that’s something amazing.
The Daily Beast has an interview with Patch, and we’ll let him describe it in his own words:
“Firstly, I grab my penis and testicles and plunge the whole lot into a pot of paint. The combination of balls and dick holds lots of paint, so then I just scrub them all over the canvas, which I hold in one hand until the canvas is sufficiently covered.”
Then bringing the canvas back to my front, I hold my penis and dip its head into the paint,” he explains. “Using it like a brush, I start to rough out the features, eyes nose mouth. When I have finished the painting, I paint the edges using my bum crack and then sign it with a brush inserted into the eye of my penis like a catheter. This usually gets a bit of a reaction.”
Huh. Well, I guess if it makes you happy, buddy. Patch’s artwork has been exhibited all over the world, and he’s been painting with his privates for twelve years straight with no sign of slowing down.
