Here at the Ball Report we’re all about awareness of your testicles, but we’re not the only people in the world pushing men to check out their nutsack. We’re all in this together, after all, and the more different messages we can get out about testicular cancer the better. So the introduction of a pair of charming little testicle mascots is something to celebrate.
The Testicular Cancer Federation just dropped Nad & Tad, a duo of cartoon balls created by an animator from Aardman, the studio behind Wallace & Gromit. In a series of short, funny cartoons, the two mascots talk the viewer through the process of checking your nuts and talking to your doctor about any cancer concerns you might have. The little guys will also be going nuts across social media, and the TCF has made a Snapchat lens where you can transform yourself into a little testicle.
Will these two little fellows establish themselves in the mascots hall of fame, or will they be a flash in the pan? Either way, we’re happy that other people are lifting each other up and fighting testicular cancer in whatever way they can.
