We missed this when it happened but it’s just so badass than it deserves a post. On May 10th, Mike Capko was watching the Phillies play the Mets at Citizens Bank Park and bonding with his newborn son Kolton, who was comfortably nestled in a baby carrier on his chest. When Mets’ batter Daniel Murphy popped up a foul over the plate and into the stands, Capko showed his kid how it’s done by making an amazing one-handed catch right before the ball bounced off of the baby’s head. It was a pretty unforgettable moment, and Capko’s day got even better when the team offered to have the ball autographed after the game. Throw in his Gronkowski-esque flex for the Jumbotron and you’ve got one for the memory book.Get your balls in the game!
