The Running Of The Balls Is This Sunday

If you’re a longtime reader of the site, you know that the Sean Kimerling Testicular Cancer Foundation is leading the charge to increase awareness of the disease in young men so they check themselves and catch it early for optimal treatment. The organization does a ton of different outreach programs, but one of the most long-running, no pun intended, is the annual Running of the Balls.

“Statistics estimate that at over 9,000 men will be diagnosed with testicular cancer (TC) in the U.S. this year! The GOOD NEWS is TC is highly treatable — in fact, 99 percent curable — when caught and treated at its earliest stages. The Sean Kimerling Testicular Cancer Foundation believes that no man needs to die from TC. Boys and men ages 15-40 are most at risk for TC. So, let’s do something about it! Let’s Run With The Balls! Its a great way to celebrate the men in your life and remind them that their health is important to the entire family.”

If you’re free this Sunday, we hope to see you there. It’s a good time for a great cause and anything we can do to help out our brothers with testicular cancer is worth doing.
