This Medicine Ball Workout Will Shred Your Abs

Culturally, different muscle groups become trendy as others fall out of fashion. But one thing that will never go out of style is having six-pack abs. Unfortunately, the process of getting a cut and chiseled abdomen can be seriously difficult without a trainer. Taking just ten minutes a day, it’s a high-intensity series of exercises that will target those stubborn abs, making them scream in agony. It’s the masterwork of trainer Mathew Forzaglia, and it packs a ton into a short period of time.

The routine consists of a 3-minute warmup, perform 2 rounds of a 3 exercise circuit, then closes with a 3 move, 3-minute ladder finisher.
