YouTube channel My Village Food specializes in showing cuisine from some of the world’s most rugged and rustic areas. That food might not be anything you’ve ever seen before, like this particular recipe for goat balls fried in coconut. This is a classic Indian preparation of the dish, and it’s not for the faint of heart.
The video is pretty much devoid of narration, so you’re going to have to pay close attention if you want to duplicate this recipe at home. We’ve eaten lots of different goat parts, but sad to say the testicles aren’t one of them. The final preparation actually looks pretty damn tasty, though.
